Fixed a bug when on rare occasions when the nearbey METARs were in an unexpected format, the altitude correction for pressure would return crazy altitudes. Also added a splash screen to let you know RT is starting.

Fixed the "find flights" bug. Now works again as before (search is also case insensitive).
